When you join the Health Tracking Network, you also get access to personal tracking tools called trackers.

With trackers, you can anonymously track your weight, exercise, calories consumed, blood glucose, blood pressure, pain, or any outcome you want.

Research shows that when people regularly monitor such outcomes, their health tends to improve.
